Mobile web traffic explodes!

Cisco Systems says smartphones with 3G network connectivity will lead to an explosion of mobile data traffic over the next five years, as for example an iPhone typically generates 30 times the mobile data traffic of a basic-feature phone. The mobile web traffic volume will double every year between now and 2013, when traffic will total roughly 2.2 million terabytes per month.
